Ingredients: 600 g rump steak; 250 g cornflour; 1 egg; 30 ml soy sauce; 250 ml vegetable oil (enough to shallow fry); 45 ml cider vinegar (3 tbsp); 30 ml honey (2 tbsp); 45 ml ketchup (3 tbsp); 30 ml sweet chilli sauce (2 tbsp); 15 ml dark soy (1 tbsp); 30 ml water (2 tbsp); 3 cloves garlic (chopped); 2 inches fresh ginger (peeled, chopped); 4 spring onions (cut 1 inch slices (white& green)); 1 red jalapeno chili (finely chopped (optional)); 300 g egg noodles; 2 bell peppers (red and yellow, cut into chunks); 15 ml dark soy; 15 ml sesame oil
