Ingredients: 400 g pork mince; 2 tbsp miso paste (optional); 30 ml olive oil; 0.5 tsp salt; 250 g egg noodles; 30 ml dark soy; 570 g stir fried vegetables (packet of); 30 ml olive oil; 2 cloves garlic (chopped); 30 ml sesame oil; 7.5 ml soy sauce (light soy); 7.5 ml dark soy; 1 red chilli (sliced for garnish)

This is so fast to make! But a total family crowd pleaser; miso pork mince mixed with mixed vegetables on egg noodles.
