Five Dinners – weekly meal planner – all systems go!

We started Five Dinners weekly meal planner with a soft launch – just our friends and family..

This basically entailed getting our friends to start using Five Dinners meal planner and give us a warts’n’all critique on how it went – which was invaluable to get all those bugs fixed before we went ‘live’.

After a few weeks of friends using our meal planner for the first time we finally launched Five Dinners and the response has been fantastic! It’s a huge amount of work to create five new recipes every week with photos and test them out but it’s been really humbling receiving so much positive feedback.

This is a quote from one of our users on instagram:

“our family had the ‘upside-down chicken pie’ today and every plate was empty! Honestly the recipes are delicious and it is so nice to not have to think about meal plans! I have recently returned to work and @fivedinners has saved me so much time and headspace x” by Sarwills82

Obviously as soon as I read that I asked if I could post it as a review as it was so nice! The key thing is this – we’re just trying to make life easier for everyone and do all the hard work of creating recipes and shopping lists for you – meaning our meal plans are hassle free and take away the stress of choosing what to cook each night.

We’ve got lots more features coming soon and just recently launched our ‘weekend recipes’ section for special occasion recipes that don’t feature in our meal plans; like an amazing slow cooked lamb for sunday roast, or our no-cook nutella cheesecake for a naughty treat.

Five Dinners meal planner was created by chef Theo Michaels and his wife Anna Michaels – their kids are the critics!
