Ingredients: 8 chicken drumsticks and thighs (drumsticks and thighs); 250 ml bbq sauce (shop bought); 200 g basmati rice (or long grain); 1 onion (diced); 1 clove garlic (chopped); 1 pinch turmeric; 1 tsp cajun spices; 1 chicken stock cube; 15 ml olive oil; 1 tin adzuki beans (400g - or kidney beans or black beans, drained); 1 head broccoli (cut into florets); 1 lemon; 1 tsp ground cumin; 20 g butter

Great family dish that cheats with store bought BBQ sauce but tastes fabulous!
