Ingredients: 500 g white fish fillets; 10 g plain flour (just enough to dust fish); 1 g ground cumin (About 1 tbsp); 30 ml vegetable oil; 8 tortilla (medium size); 1/4 white cabbage (shredded); 2 g fresh coriander (ripped); 1 lime; 250 g ready to eat diced mango (or 1 fresh mango); 1/4 red onion (finely diced); 1 tsp red chili (optional - chopped); 4 corn on the cob; 1 tbsp butter; 15 ml olive oil
