Ingredients: 2 tbsp gravy granules; 750 g white potatoes (peeled, cubed); 45 ml milk; 25 g butter; 6 sausages (any variety you like); 160 g kale (sliced, stalks removed); 1 onion (sliced); 2 cloves garlic (sliced); 30 ml olive oil; 3 sprigs thyme; 1 can lentil bacon soup (or other soup); 125 ml red wine (or stock or white); 1 tbsp flour; 2 tbsp tomato puree; 200 g puff pastry (ready rolled); 1 egg
