Ingredients: 8 tortilla; 10 g fresh coriander (chopped for garnish); 1 avocado (sliced, to serve); 200 g sour cream (to serve); 100 g salad leaves (to serve); 750 g beef mince; 15 ml olive oil; 1 red onion (diced); 2 cloves garlic (chopped); 2 tbsp cajun spice mix; 1 tin black beans (400g tin, drained); 30 ml tomato puree; 2 tbsp gravy granules; 50 g spinach; 150 g cheddar cheese (grated); 20 g flour (or 2 tbsp); 20 g butter (or 2 tbsp); 500 ml milk
