Use vegan sausages if preferred. Fried onions are optional but delicious!
Sweet potatoes can handle lots of flavour; options include; dried herbs, smoked paprika, ground cumin, chili flakes (maybe just adults).

Ratatouille Baked Beans on Toast

Let's be honest, they all love it so why not! You can leave out the tin of ratatouille but I like to include it for some sneaky veg.

You can leave out the ratatouille if you don’t think the kids will eat it.

Kids Poke Bowl

You can use any protein you want; go vegan and use black beans instead of fish/meat. Cooked chicken costs more but is convenient, as is using sliced ham if preferred.

Mini baked spuds with tuna mayo

Baked new potatoes – really filling and if you don't like tuna you can use ham, cheese, baked beans – any topping you want

Tuna mayo works great with a little splash of Worcestershire sauce, few drops lemon juice and good hit of black pepper and some chopped parsley – or any of the above if you have it.
Don’t like tuna? Swap it for chunks of sliced ham in half the mayo, or grated cheese or go old school with another tin of baked beans and grated cheese on top!

Vegetables and Fruit for Kids

Have a few of these each day for the kids lunch to pick at – this is for 2 kids for 5 days

The goal is each child has one piece of fruit a day or a handful of cucumbers and carrots (obviously swap for other vegetables or fruit your kids like). Try adding a tub of hummus for them to dip into.
