Ingredients: 1 kg pork belly strips (fat trimmed, cut into 1 inch pieces); 2 cloves garlic (chopped); 15 ml ketchup; 45 ml soy sauce; 45 ml honey; 1 tsp chinese five spice; 60 ml water; 1 tsp cornflour; 1 pinch chili flakes (or add as condiment to individual bowls); 1 sweetheart cabbage (chopped); 15 ml olive oil; 15 ml dark soy sauce; 600 g straight to wok noodles (or cook egg noodles and leave to dry); 15 ml sesame oil
