Season with salt. You can also add 1 clove garlic at the start and a little drizzle of sesame oil if available. Equally, you can finish at the end with a handful of spinach – but these are all extras!

Tuna mayo works great with a little splash of Worcestershire sauce, few drops lemon juice and good hit of black pepper and some chopped parsley – or any of the above if you have it.
Don’t like tuna? Swap it for chunks of sliced ham in half the mayo, or grated cheese or go old school with another tin of baked beans and grated cheese on top!

The goal is each child has one piece of fruit a day or a handful of cucumbers and carrots (obviously swap for other vegetables or fruit your kids like). Try adding a tub of hummus for them to dip into.
