Vegetables and Fruit for Kids
Have a few of these each day for the kids lunch to pick at – this is for 2 kids for 5 days

- 2 cucumbers quartered and cut into batons
- 4 carrots peeled, cut into batons
- 4 apples 1 a day for 2 days
- 4 bananas 1 a day for 2 days
The goal is each child has one piece of fruit a day or a handful of cucumbers and carrots (obviously swap for other vegetables or fruit your kids like). Try adding a tub of hummus for them to dip into.
