Members get a mobile phone number that they can text questions or ask for help in real time. Theo is manning the phone every weekday between the hours of 5-7pm!
What are the meal plans and recipes like?
Our weekly meal plans offer a well balanced week of meals including a meat-free day, fish, meat and flexitarian options. Our recipes are developed and tested by us so we can ensure you are in safe hands.
Do I have to use the meal plan every day?
No! Some of our members do, others like to dip in and out each week. We know life changes so our meal plans are super flexible that you can skip days, change servings for more or less of you on any day of the week.
Are the recipes healthy?
We believe in maintaining a well balanced diet with food being cooked with fresh, clean produce and avoiding processed ingredients.
Am I tied in forever? Is it as harsh as my gym membership? 🙂
