Macaroni cooked in Chicken Stock
This simple family favourite is a real winner with the kids and super fast to do!

- 120 g pasta macaroni is good
- 2 chicken stock cubes or vegetarian if preferred
- 50 g grated cheese cheddar is good or halloumi
- In a saucepan of boiling water add the stock cubes, dissolve then the pasta and cook to packet instructions – about 10 minutes.
- Drain, grate over cheese – sit back and enjoy!
