Let's be honest, they all love it so why not! You can leave out the tin of ratatouille but I like to include it for some sneaky veg.

You can use any protein you want; go vegan and use black beans instead of fish/meat. Cooked chicken costs more but is convenient, as is using sliced ham if preferred.

Vegetables and Fruit for Kids

Have a few of these each day for the kids lunch to pick at – this is for 2 kids for 5 days

The goal is each child has one piece of fruit a day or a handful of cucumbers and carrots (obviously swap for other vegetables or fruit your kids like). Try adding a tub of hummus for them to dip into.
