  • 100 g pre-cooked chicken or prawns or vegan faux chicken or halloumi
  • 2 ready made tortillas
  • 1/2 tin black beans
  • Pinch dried herbs
  • 50 g baby spinach leaves

Cranberry Salsa

  • 60 ml cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 red onion diced
  • 15 ml water


Cranberry Salsa

  • Mix all the cranberry salsa ingredients together and reserve


  • Pour the black beans into a bowl and mash using the back of a fork (it's just to break them a little) season with salt and pepper and fold in a glug of olive oil.
    Paste a streak of cranberry sauce over the flatbread, spoon over the coarsely mashed black beans and lay the main ingredient over the top, scatter over the spinach leaves, wrap it up and take a bite!
